Ceramic sculpture by Dylan P.
LOL22 is a clumsy robot who always falls apart. Luckily, he can put himself back together!
6.5″H x 9″W x 5.5″D
Dylan was born in St. Albert, Alberta and has lived in the Edmonton area his whole life. He became interested in making art when he was around 10 years old.
Since joining the Nina Collective, Dylan has worked in all the studios to try out the different mediums but enjoys sculpture in both clay and fibre. He considers 3D art to be his favourite medium, as well as digital art. One of his favourite pieces is the soft sculpture he made of a bat.
Dylan finds inspiration from many sources including pop culture, and is proud of his ongoing digital art project of characters called Fruits of the World. Each character is designed based on a type of fruit. Dylan has researched culture and geography where the types of fruit originate and adds details, personality traits and friendships with other characters in the richly imaginative world he has built.
