Lisa Reece

About this artist

Lisa Reece joined the Nina Haggerty Centre in 2015 and has experimented in several mediums. She excels in the print studio and has become skilled in all steps of lino-cut carving and printing. Her current practice is primarily focused on ceramics.

Precision is very important to her and much of her work features small repetitive designs and patterns.

In 2018, a collection of Lisa’s functional ceramics was included in “Encore”, a group exhibition in the Nina’s Stollery Gallery. Her work is popular in the Nina’s gift shop where she has sold several pieces. Lisa received the 2018 Mandel “Changed Life” Award in recognition of the personal impact creating art has had for her.
