We are thrilled to share that Anne Harvey has transitioned into the role of Chief Executive Officer at the Nina! Since joining us in May 2025 as Chief Operations Officer, Anne has quickly become an integral part of our team and we are so glad to continue working alongside her in this new role. Over the past several months, Anne has engaged with artists, staff, and stakeholders to deepen her understanding of the values and priorities that shape our community, and she is ready to guide us into the next chapter with her collaborative leadership style. Her thoughtful, team-oriented approach reflects the care, creativity, and community that define the Nina.
Rona Fraser, our Interim Chief Executive Officer, has worked closely with Anne to facilitate this transition and will now return her full focus to fund development as our Chief Development Officer. We are immensely grateful for Rona’s dedication and passion, which have guided the Nina throughout her time as Interim CEO and been a vital part of our growth since she joined us in 2002.
Together, Anne and Rona embody the collaborative spirit that sustains our community and helps artists thrive. This new leadership structure enables Anne and Rona to activate their strengths and passions in ways that will support the growth of the organization and, most importantly, enrich the experiences and opportunities for the 200+ artists in the Nina Collective.
