About this artist
Chris is an artist and proud First Nations man, a part of the Dene-Slave Nation from Fort Simpson. He moved to Edmonton in 2012 and has been coming to The Nina since 2021.
Chris most enjoys working in acrylics, coloured pencils and watercolour. He has been an artist since he was very young and draws inspiration from images of nature. His subject matter often includes animals or buildings depicted in a bright, colourful, graphic style.
